Fly United

A quick trip to Smith & Bybee Lakes in Vancouver for some simple picture taking and a relaxing walk resulted in some interesting images I think. I have no idea what these are other than dragon flies. The colors are amazing. They provided a fantastic photo opportunity. The camera was a Canon 20D with my Tamron 28-75/2.8 lens.

A new hairdo?

Style and elegance is quite often found in the animal kingdom.  As is a total disregard for what WE consider elegant.

And that sense of style is not conformed like so many of ours. Fitting in is not necessary.

You’ve got to love these gals. I think this one is feeling pretty and wants a kiss.
