A Feminine Touch

Thanks to Steve, a fellow photographer, I got to visit the Portland Japanese Gardens and the Portland Zoo today. Since I’m still reviewing the myriad rules associated with shooting pictures at the Gardens I decided to post one from the Zoo. This is Inji’s hand. She arrived at the zoo in 1961 and is now pretty much in charge of the compound in which she lives. Despite the weather it turned into a good day for photography. Especially if you like black and white.
